Kapaciti has reached a significant milestone in its mission to empower African professionals. In the first quarter of 2025 alone, over 50,000 learners successfully completed certified professional courses on the platform — a 320% increase compared to the same period in 2024.
The most popular courses were in technology (Software Development, Data Science, Cybersecurity), business management (Project Management, Entrepreneurship), and financial literacy. Learners came from 28 African countries, with Nigeria, Ghana, Kenya, and South Africa leading in enrolment numbers.
"This growth validates our belief that there is an insatiable hunger for quality, accessible education in Africa," said the Chief Operating Officer. "We are just getting started."
The platform also issued over 47,000 digital certificates during the quarter, with 89% of certificate holders reporting improved career outcomes within three months.
